a) a device with internet access;
b) a current version of a common web browser e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge with JavaScript enabled;

d) an active email address, for the forms, the report download and email communications;

5.3. Report download: the agreement is concluded when the User sends the form and ends when the report is delivered to the User's email address.
5.4. Marketing communications: the agreement is concluded when the User gives consent and lasts for an indefinite period. The User may terminate it at any time, without giving a reason and without cost, by using the unsubscribe link in an email, by telling the Provider during a call, or by writing to privacy@doubledata.com. Termination takes effect without a notice period.
5.5. Booking calendar: the agreement is concluded when the User books a meeting and ends when the meeting takes place or is cancelled.
5.6. The Provider may stop providing a service to a User who breaches section 4, after notice where the User's contact details are known, or may discontinue a service for all Users.
5.7. A consumer may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days without giving a reason (art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act). The services are free of charge, and the right does not apply once a digital service has been fully performed with the consumer's consent (art. 38(1)(1) of that Act), e.g. once the report has been delivered.
6. Complaints
6.1. The User may submit a complaint about the services by email to privacy@doubledata.com or in writing to the Provider's address.
6.2. A complaint should include the User's name, an email address for the reply, a description of the problem and the date it occurred, and the User's request.

7.2. To reduce these risks, the User should keep the browser, operating system and antivirus software up to date, check the sender and links in messages, and not open files from unknown sources.
7.3. The Provider uses technical and organisational measures to protect the services, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to every page of the Website. The Provider never asks for passwords or payment data by email or phone.

9.2. Disputes with Users who are not consumers will be settled by the court competent for the Provider's registered office. Disputes with consumers will be settled by the court competent under general rules.
9.3. The Provider may change these Terms for valid reasons, in particular a change in the law, in the services or in the Website's technical setup. The Provider will publish the changes on the Website at least 14 days before they take effect and will inform Users with an ongoing agreement (section 5.4) by email. A User who does not accept the changes may terminate the agreement under section 5.4 before they take effect.
